As we are traveling around I have come across many things about America that I did not know such as:
-There is snow in the desert…lots of it…up high…and just when you pull out your t-shirt and sandals you might also need to pull out your winter coat…again. Today we attempted to go to the Grand Canyon…but when we encountered 5 foot snow banks…these two Canadians headed straight south.
-There are many things in America that includes the word American such as: American Cheese, American Fries, American super gas, Travel America gas. This is something I didn’t know….well I knew about the cheese, but I don’t think we call many things canadian….the only thing I can think of is Canadian bacon…but we don’t actually call it Canadian bacon in Canada…can anyone help me out with this one?
-American companies LOVE huge statues! I have seen huge Cowboys, Mice, dinosaurs, cavemen and countless more…I am really enjoying these.

-Gas is WAY less expensive here…thank you…this makes the trip so much more enjoyable.
So Far C and I are having a blast. We are currently in Arizona and heading to New mexico tomorrow…I am so excited to see these two states as they are vastly different from Ontario.
As for the shop things are slowly rolling in so keep checking back to see your favorite yarns come in.
After a handful of requests I will be opening up the Sweet Sheep Fiber club again in Feb. The first shipment will go out in March when I return, I am really excited to be doing this again…I love dyeing the fiber club…info is here and spots will go up in the next few weeks!
