Pay it forward
I have decided to take part in Pay it forward this year. For a long time I have needed to do something nice for someone and Barbara brought it to my attention and I think it is just the thing for me.
Over the next 365 days I will send a handmade gift to the first 3 people who leave a comment wanting to participate. The catch is that you then have to pay it forward to 3 people of your own…and so goes the handmade gifting! Spread the love!
Sounds like a great plan! I’ve already got two gifts on the go so this is a great idea! I’ll also be spending a good length of time in hospital so I’ll have the time for this project!

I’ve just sent off a hat and mitts to a shelter, I have some mittens on the go for a friend and I just ordered a kit of fiddlehead mittens from Tanis Fibre Arts for my sister! These gifts will be given regardless of whether I “win” here, but thought I’d at least try! Thanks!

And just so you know, as far as receiving gifts goes, I consider hand spun yarn a handmade gift!
