Tour spinning
I have got to tell you that I am throughly enjoying my Tour De Fleece Spinning! So Far here is the progress I have made:
This is 40z of Funky Carolina in Crush it is currently being plied with 4oz of Middle road. I have 8 oz each in total of these 2 colourways that will be plied for a cropped Cardi.
A Winter shawl in preparation! These still need to be plied, but they were a fun bulky spin just to give me some instant gratification spinning.
This was a secret spin…my friend Emily’s Birthday was on Thursday and I didn’t want her to see the fiber before it was given so I hadn’t posted it yet…but here she is in all her glory. I hope you enjoy it Em!
So that is about half of my Tour spinning done so far…I am certainly obsessed right now…what a wonderful summer hobby!

Nice! Hopefully by next year I’ll have enough practice on my wheel (which is yet to be purchased) to be able to participate!
